android දුරකථන වල camera සහ microphone පාලනය කරන නව spyware මෘදුකාංගයක් සොයාගෙන තිබෙනවා. මෙය system component ලෙස පෙනී සිටිමින් camera,microphone සහ අනෙකුත් විවිධ ක්‍රියාකාරකම් සදහා ප්‍රවේශය ඉල්ලා සිටිනවා.
Lab52 පර්‍යේශකයන් විසින් මෙම spyware මෘදුකාංගය “process manager ” ලෙස නම් කර තිබෙන අතර මෙම spyware යොදාගෙන ලබා ගන්නා තොරතුරු තෙවැනි පාර්ශවයකට යැවීමේ හැකියාවද මෙයට තිබෙනවා. මෙය පැතිරෙන ආකාරය සොයාගෙන නැතත් මෙය instrall කල පසු gear හැඩැති icon එකක් ලෙස පෙනී සිටිමින් android තුළ සැගවී සිටිනවා.
මෙම application එක run කල පසු එය මගින් screen lock attempt, screen බැලීම, global proxy සැකසීම,screen lock password සැකසීම ආදි permission ඉල්ලා සිටිනු ලබනවා. Lab52 පර්‍යේශකයන් විසින් මෙම spyware ඉල්ලා සිටින තවත් permission විශාල ප්‍රමාණයක් සොයාගෙන තිබෙනවා.
